I got one of those Apple Watch thingies but I am sending it back. It is supposed to monitor fitness and how much excersise you do and how many steps you take.
Don’t really understand how it can tell how many steps you took if it is on your wrist.
Anyway the damn thing does not work. I just looked at what it says I did yesterday and it told me I did 3256 steps which means I walked about one and a half miles and my peak heart rate was 165 BPM
As I said, it is broken.
I did not walk anywhere yesterday, I just stayed in bed all day and watched porn.

Covid crap is OVER!!! No masks were required on our international flights except from Tokyo to Bangkok and on the return Bangkok to Tokyo. In Japan, they are still freaking out, although we didn’t have to wear a mask at the airport.

We are waiting for sand volleyball season to start.
Snow volleyball is good too. The cold tends to “perk” things up.
I am banned from all beach volleyball tournaments after the day I rushed on to the court yelling “stand back! Get out of the way! I can help her!!!!! ” While waving a warm spoon after a young lady took a nasty ass-first tumble into the sand.
Also banned from women long jump and triple jump meets for the same reason…
Probably for the best now they let men pretend to be women. Threw my spoon away.
