Isn’t it hilarious that these children think they know about and desire an economic system that hasn’t worked anywhere it’s tried and they have never lived under. The grass is always greener on the other side I guess.

Because someone *really* concerned about society’s ills doesn’t wait or agitate for the Government to do something … they get off their duffs and do the work personally.
You want to help the poor? Donate from YOUR salary, and give YOUR time. Spend YOUR effort identifying and supporting political candidates who will do the same and address real problems, not advocate Fascist laws and confiscatory economic policies to create and maintain their voting blocs.
You want to help women’s rights? Work to stop the misogyny on YOUR side that only serves to harm YOUR cause. Propose something besides Nanny Statism and death as reproductive policy. Help amend the culture where it’s gone wrong.
You want reasoned political discourse? Stop using Alinsky’s tactics. Convince your peers that a scorched-earth policy that aims to destroy political opponents is counterproductive to the Nation’s well-being. Be reasonable yourself.
You want to influence the next generation? Quit being so damned self-centered and go tutor, join Big Brothers/Big Sisters, work with a religious youth group, volunteer with 4-H, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, FFA, a women’s shelter, an orphanage, Children’s Advocacy in your local courst system, foster program, whatever.
I spend about twenty hours a week with this country’s future leaders, on average. My vacation this year consists of two summer camps that are costing me MY money (not YOURS) so I can “work” dawn to midnight for five straight days each. I love it. What the Hell are you doing, Socialist?

It’s crap as usual. They surveyed the articles from ’91 to 2011. Think about it. It wasn’t until around 2010 or 11 that they started using the term ‘climate change’. And why? Because all of the predicted supposed anthropogenic global warming never materialized. Why not a survey of how accurate they were at predicting the human caused climate change? Answer I would guess?: That doesnt fit the narrative and the wild-eyed predictions of a burning planet and the resultant desertification, crop failures, locust swarms and diseased babies would look a little silly given none of it ever came to pass.

What do you expect from these new lizards? They regularly post at a site where the blog owner needs to get his opinions and talking points from Joe Biden and Jon Stewart because he can’t articulate one for himself. Not to mention that Chuck’s idea of an argument relies exclusively on name calling. This is the “intellectual” environment in which these people spend their time, and this suggests their standards are quite low.
